Designed and implemented an interactive ROI (Region of Interest) selection module in the SAMI pipeline using Dash, enabling researchers to focus downstream analysis (pathways, biomarkers) on targeted spatial regions instead of full datasets.
Improved exploratory analysis efficiency by introducing lasso-based spatial selection with dual visualization modes: Cluster View and Molecule Heatmap View, allowing users to isolate specific clusters or molecular intensity patterns with minimal manual effort.

SAMI Project: Prototyped a multi-agent LLM pipeline (Planner–Executor–Evaluator architecture) using GPT-4o and LangChain to autonomously generate, execute, and refine code for multi-step biological data analysis (normalization, clustering, integration, visualization).
Automated MFA Project: Validated and adapted an external 13C metabolic flux analysis (MFA) algorithm to UF datasets, running large-scale computations on HiPerGator using SLURM scripts; optimized workflows for sensitivity analysis and experimental data visualization.
Gained hands-on experience in agentic AI architectures, large-scale biological data processing, and high-performance computing (HPC) for biomedical applications.
