SAMI Project:
Prototyped a multi-agent LLM pipeline (Planner–Executor–Evaluator architecture) using GPT-4o and LangChain to autonomously generate, execute, and refine code for multi-step biological data analysis (normalization, clustering, integration, visualization).
Automated MFA Project:
Validated and adapted an external 13C metabolic flux analysis (MFA) algorithm to UF datasets, running large-scale computations on HiPerGator using SLURM scripts; optimized workflows for sensitivity analysis and experimental data visualization.
Gained hands-on experience in agentic AI architectures, large-scale biological data processing, and high-performance computing (HPC) for biomedical applications.
